What to Expect

We know that coming to a new church for the first time can make anyone nervous. At Cicero SDA Church, we want you to feel welcome every time you visit and worship with us. When you arrive someone will be at the door to greet you with a warm handshake. The greeter will hand you a program guide with useful information concerning the Sabbath School and worship services, church activities, small group information and much more.

The Sabbath morning begins with a song service in the sanctuary at 9:20 AM, after which classes meet in various parts of the church for study and fellowship. Feel free to join any of the bible studies.

Our divine worship service begins in the sanctuary at 10:50 AM where we meet as a family to seek God.

Afterwards you may want to stay for potluck. You’ll find a meal every Saturday either in the church fellowship hall or the elementary school gymnasium. This provides a warm environment where we get to know one another better.

Once you’ve spent Sabbath with us we hope that you’ve had a wonderful experience and that you will want to come back and visit again sometime in the future. Our belief at Cicero is that every person who comes is important and has a ministry to do for God and His work. Come and be part of what God is doing in our midst!
